The 2017 AGM of Mitchelstown  GAA Club took place on Sunday evening last, 14th of January.

A large attendance engaged in a very positive annual meeting in the Town Hall. Chairman Michael Price welcomed the members & got proceedings underway shortly after 6pm.

The Secretary's report was well received & Barry Kiely gave a comprehensive treasurers report showing the Club to be in a very healthy position.

The Chairman while addressing the members spoke of the great effort that Club members put in during the year & spoke highly of the teams that represented the Club so well in 2017.  

There were various reports from each of the management teams & sub-committee's before Club President V. Rev. Canon Timothy O'Leary presided over the election of Officers & Executive Committee.

The meeting concluded with  Canon O'Leary leading prayers for deceased members.
