Mitchelstown 2-21 Adrigole 0-10

Town had a good win over Adrigole this evening in Macroom to progress to round 3 of this years IFC.

We led from start to finish with Shane Beston scoring in the very first minute setting the tempo in a game where we would have seven different scorers. To be fair to Adrigole , they did their best to stay with us & we were only 6pts ahead at half time but a thoroughly committed performance saw us open that gap up as the game progressed & we were deserving winners on the night.
